Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Manna for using mannas.fun, the Manna mobile apps, the Manna Telegram bot, Manna AI and the Manna APIs. Please read it carefully.

Effective November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Manna ("Manna", "we", "us" or "our") [TODO: owner to insert registered entity name and address]. They govern your access to and use of the Manna website at mannas.fun, the Manna apps for iOS and Android, the Manna Telegram bot, Manna AI, the Manna APIs and every related feature (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Documents that form these Terms#

These Terms include, and you also agree to, the following policies. Each is part of your agreement with us:

If one of those policies conflicts with these Terms, these Terms win, except where the policy says it applies instead for its specific topic (for example, the API Terms for API use).

2. Definitions#

In these Terms:

  • Account means your Manna profile, created when you sign in with a supported sign-in method or with a self-custody wallet.
  • Coin means a token launched through the Manna launchpad. Token means any digital asset, including coins and tokens launched elsewhere.
  • Creator means the person who launched a coin on Manna.
  • Embedded wallet means a Solana or EVM wallet created for your Account by our wallet provider, Privy.
  • Self-custody wallet means a wallet you bring yourself, such as Phantom or MetaMask, whose keys Manna and Privy never touch.
  • One-tap trading means the feature that lets Manna's servers sign the transactions you request, without a wallet prompt each time.
  • Signer means Manna's signing key that you add to your embedded wallets when you switch on one-tap trading or use the Telegram bot.
  • Content means anything you post, upload or submit, including posts (theses), replies, calls, profile details, images, and coin names, tickers, images, descriptions and links.
  • Rewards means cashback, referral rewards, holder payouts, Season points, AI credits, passes, prizes and any similar promotional benefit.
  • Supported chains means the blockchains the Service supports at the time, currently Solana, Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and Avalanche.

3. Eligibility#

To use the Service you must:

  1. 1Be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to form a binding contract where you live.
  2. 2Not be located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and not be a person or entity named on, or owned or controlled by anyone named on, a sanctions list maintained by the United States (including the Office of Foreign Assets Control), the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or any other relevant authority.
  3. 3Not be barred from using the Service under any law that applies to you, and not use it where its use is illegal.
  4. 4Not use the Service on behalf of anyone else unless you are authorized to bind them, in which case "you" includes them.
  5. 5Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including laws about trading, issuing or promoting tokens, and taxes. We may restrict or block access from certain locations, IP addresses or wallet addresses, and you must not use a VPN or any other method to get around those restrictions.

4. What Manna is, and is not#

Manna is software. It gives you interfaces to:

  • launch coins on supported chains, with optional rules, fee routes, sniper shield, locks and other settings;
  • swap and trade tokens through Manna's own contracts and programs and through third-party routes and venues;
  • move funds between chains through a third-party bridge;
  • set orders, recurring buys (DCA), alerts and copy trading;
  • post, follow, tip and interact with other people; and
  • use Manna AI and the Manna APIs.

Manna is not a bank, broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, investment adviser or custodian. We do not hold your funds, we do not trade against you, and we do not match orders between users. Trades execute on public blockchains through smart contracts and programs, including third-party protocols. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a recommendation of any coin, token, creator or strategy.

No fiduciary duty. To the fullest extent the law allows, these Terms do not create any fiduciary or advisory relationship between you and Manna. Our only duties to you are those expressly set out in these Terms.

5. Your Account and sign-in#

You can sign in with any of the methods shown on the sign-in screen, which may include X, Google, Apple, GitHub, Twitch, Instagram, Telegram and email (only the methods switched on at the time are shown). Sign-in is handled by our wallet and authentication provider, Privy. You can also sign in with a self-custody Solana or EVM wallet by signing a message. That message proves you own the wallet; it costs nothing and sends no transaction.

You agree to:

  • give accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure;
  • not share your Account, or let anyone else use it;
  • not create Accounts in bulk or by automated means, or create several Accounts to farm Rewards; and
  • tell us at hi@mannas.fun straight away if you think your Account or wallet has been compromised.

You are responsible for everything done through your Account, including actions taken by anyone who gains access to your sign-in method or device.

6. Wallets, keys and custody#

Embedded wallets. When you sign in with a social or email method, Privy creates a Solana wallet and an EVM wallet for you. They belong to you. Private keys are held in Privy's secure infrastructure and are never shown to, stored by or accessible to Manna. You can export your keys at any time from the app. The export happens inside Privy's own window, on Privy's domain, so Manna never sees the key. Once you export a key, anyone who obtains it controls your wallet; keep it safe.

Self-custody wallets. If you connect your own wallet, you sign every transaction in that wallet, and you are solely responsible for it and its keys.

Manna's own wallets. Manna operates its own hot wallets (sometimes called the keeper) to collect and pay out fees and rewards and to run automated tasks. These wallets hold Manna's funds and funds waiting to be paid out. They never hold your private keys.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for the security of your devices, sign-in methods, exported keys and any wallet you connect. We cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or restore access to a wallet whose keys you have lost or exposed.

7. One-tap trading and signing permission#

One-tap trading lets you trade without a wallet prompt for every action. When you switch it on, you add Manna's Signer as an additional signer on your embedded wallets. The Telegram bot works the same way: Manna creates wallets for bot accounts with the same Signer.

By switching on one-tap trading or using the Telegram bot, you authorize Manna's servers to use the Signer to sign, on your behalf, the transactions you request through the Service, including buys, sells, launches, orders, recurring buys, copy trades, bridges, migrations, sends and withdrawals, and the automated actions you have set up (such as a take profit or stop loss that you created).

  • The Signer can only sign transactions. It cannot take ownership of your wallet, export your keys or remove you as owner.
  • We use the Signer only to carry out actions you have requested or set up, and to settle fees that apply to those actions as described in the Fee Schedule.
  • You can remove the Signer from your mannas.fun Account's wallets at any time: open your account menu and tap Turn off next to One-tap trading. This removes the Signer from both wallets with your own Privy session, and we will not add it back unless you turn one-tap trading on again. While it is off, trades ask your wallet to confirm, and orders, DCA plans and copy trades you set up on mannas.fun do not run. Wallets made for you by the Telegram bot have no such switch yet: to end the permission there, export your keys and move your funds to a wallet without the Signer, or contact hi@mannas.fun and we will help. Deleting your Account also deletes your Privy sign-in user (see section 21).

You understand that a signing key held by Manna's servers carries risks, including the risk that our systems are compromised or fail. These risks are described in the Risk Disclosure. See also One-tap trading and cash.

8. Transactions#

You decide. You choose every transaction, its amount, its slippage and, where offered, its route. Quotes, prices, price impact and estimated outputs are estimates. The actual result depends on the blockchain at the moment your transaction is processed.

Final and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on a blockchain, it is final. Manna cannot cancel, reverse or refund it, including if you sent funds to the wrong address or chain, or bought the wrong token.

Failed transactions. Transactions can fail, for example because the price moved beyond your slippage, the network is congested, a rule on the coin blocks the transfer, or a third-party route fails. A failed transaction may still cost a network fee.

Cash routing. If you hold cash on one chain and trade on another, the Service may route your funds through a third-party bridge as part of the trade. Bridges add time and risk, and routes can fail or be delayed.

Limits and blocks. We may refuse, limit or block a transaction, for example if price impact is too high, the token or address is flagged, the transaction appears to break these Terms or the law, or a technical problem occurs.

9. Fees#

Manna charges the fees set out in the Fee Schedule, including a trading fee of 1% on trading-page swaps and Manna launchpad curve trades, launch fees, a graduation fee on Solana, a bridge fee of 0.7% on bridges and migrations, lock fees and optional services. Creators may also set a creator fee on their coins. Network fees go to the blockchain, and third-party routes may charge their own fees.

Fees can change. The fee shown before you confirm is the fee that applies to that transaction. If you trade through automation (orders, recurring buys, copy trading or the bot), the fees in effect when the transaction executes apply. Fees are generally taken on-chain at the time of the transaction and are not refundable, except where the Fee Schedule says otherwise (for example, an unsubmitted DEX PAID order).

10. Launching coins#

If you launch a coin, you are its creator and you are solely responsible for it, including its name, ticker, image, description, links, settings, rules, fee routes, sniper shield, dev buy, team wallets, locks, and how you promote it. You confirm that:

  • you have every right needed to use the name, ticker, image and other material you choose;
  • the coin does not impersonate any person, brand, company or project, or suggest an endorsement it does not have;
  • you will not make false or misleading statements about the coin, its team, its backing or its prospects;
  • you will not use the coin for fraud, market manipulation, a "rug pull", or any scheme that misleads buyers; and
  • you are responsible for any legal, regulatory or tax obligations that come with creating, distributing or promoting a token where you and your buyers are.

Settings are your choice. Settings such as creator fees, fee routes, rules (for example, max wallet, market hours, vesting or allowlists), sniper shield and locks are applied by smart contracts and programs, many of them permanently. Read Launchpad settings and Rules before you launch. On Solana, rules run in Manna's transfer-hook program, which switches on once it is deployed to Solana mainnet; until then, Solana launches go out without rules.

Fees sent to a social handle. If you route creator fees to a social account (such as an X handle), those fees are held for that account's owner to claim when they sign in to Manna with it. You must not route fees to an account in a way that implies an endorsement it has not given.

Our rights. We may hide, delist, label or restrict any coin on Manna's interfaces, at any time, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, is the subject of a credible legal complaint, or poses a risk to users. Hiding a coin from Manna does not remove it from the blockchain, where it may continue to trade through other interfaces.

11. Orders, recurring buys, copy trading and alerts#

Limit orders, take profit and stop loss, recurring buys (DCA), copy trading and alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. They depend on price data, our servers, third-party services and blockchain conditions. They may execute late, at a price past your trigger, partly, more than once in rare cases, or not at all. Copy trading copies losses as well as gains, and may trade tokens you would not choose yourself. You remain responsible for every order and automation you set up, and for monitoring them. See Orders and Copy trading.

12. Rewards, points, AI credits and $MANNA#

Cashback, referral rewards, holder payouts, battle prizes, passes, Season points and AI credits are promotional. We may change, pause, or end any Reward program, its rates, tiers or eligibility at any time, prospectively. Rewards have no guaranteed value.

  • Points. Season points are not a token, a security, a currency or a promise of any future token, airdrop or allocation. Points are counted live and can be adjusted, or removed, for wash trading, self-referral, multi-accounting or other abuse.
  • AI credits can only be used for AI usage on Manna. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or refunded.
  • Payouts are made by automated systems on a schedule and with minimums (for example, Manna does not spend network fees on payouts under $1). Payouts are not guaranteed and can be delayed or fail.
  • $MANNA. A $MANNA token does not exist today. Parts of Manna's fees are set aside in reserves described in the Fee Schedule. We make no promise that $MANNA will ever launch, or about its value, terms or distribution if it does.
  • Abuse. We may withhold, reverse or forfeit any Reward obtained through a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for any taxes on Rewards you receive.

13. Social features and your Content#

Public by default. Your profile, posts, calls, trades on Manna coins, PnL and leaderboard positions are public unless you change your privacy settings. Blockchain activity is always public. See the Privacy Policy and Profiles and privacy.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for your Content. You confirm you have the rights needed to post it and that it follows the Acceptable Use Policy. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

License to Manna. You keep ownership of your Content. You grant Manna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, copy, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize or format), publish and distribute your Content in connection with operating, providing, promoting and improving the Service. This license continues for Content that has been shared publicly or that others have interacted with, and for coin details recorded on a blockchain, but otherwise ends when you delete the Content or your Account, except for copies we must keep as described in the Privacy Policy.

Moderation. You can report any post and block any user from a post's menu. We review reports within 24 hours, remove Content that breaks these Terms, and suspend users who post it. A post reported by three different people is hidden automatically while it is reviewed. We are not obliged to monitor Content, and we are not responsible for Content posted by others. Other users' posts, calls and theses are their own opinions, not Manna's.

14. Manna AI and the Manna APIs#

Manna AI forwards your prompts to third-party AI models through OpenRouter, which routes them to providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it is not advice. Do not rely on it for trading, legal, tax or other decisions, and do not send sensitive personal data in prompts. AI usage is charged in AI credits at the cost reported by the provider.

If you create API keys or use the Manna APIs, the API Terms of Use also apply.

15. The Telegram bot#

The Manna Telegram bot lets you trade, launch, set orders and copy trades, and manage wallets inside Telegram. When you use it:

  • Manna creates Solana and EVM wallets for your bot account, with Manna's Signer, as described in section 7. These wallets are yours. To export their keys, sign in to mannas.fun with the same Telegram account.
  • Anyone who can access your Telegram account can use your bot account and trade with its funds. Secure your Telegram account (for example, with two-step verification) and never share it.
  • Bot commands execute immediately when you confirm them. Check the token address, chain and amount before you tap.
  • Telegram is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. Manna is not responsible for Telegram's availability or for messages that impersonate Manna. The only official bot is the one linked from mannas.fun.
  • The bot applies rate limits. We may limit, pause or end bot access for abuse.

See the bot guide.

16. Mobile apps#

If you download a Manna app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following also applies:

  1. 1These Terms are between you and Manna only, not Apple or Google. Manna, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  2. 2Your license to use the app is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on devices you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules in the applicable store's terms.
  3. 3Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  4. 4If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple (for the iOS app), and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  5. 5Manna, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
  6. 6If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, Manna, not Apple or Google, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim, to the extent required by these Terms.
  7. 7You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  8. 8Questions or complaints about the app go to Manna at hi@mannas.fun.
  9. 9Apple and its subsidiaries, and Google, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the app, and may enforce them against you.

The apps may offer push notifications, which you can switch off in your device settings.

17. Third-party services#

The Service depends on, and links to, third-party services, including Privy (sign-in, wallets, signing and card or exchange funding), blockchain RPC providers, swap routers and venues (such as Jupiter, KyberSwap, Raydium, Meteora, pump.fun and Uniswap), Relay (bridging), market data providers (such as DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, CoinGecko and Coinbase), Telegram, Apple, Google and OpenRouter. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Manna does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, fees or conduct, or for any loss caused by them. Card and exchange funding is provided by Privy's onramp partners under their terms, and may require identity checks by them.

18. Intellectual property#

Our property. The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, the Manna name and marks, and the selection and arrangement of its content, belongs to Manna or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.

Your license. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service, reverse engineer it (except where the law allows despite this restriction), or use the Manna name or marks without our written permission. Open-source components are licensed under their own licenses, and smart contract code published on a blockchain may be governed by the license stated in it.

Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them for any purpose without obligation or payment to you.

Intellectual property complaints. If you believe Content or a coin on Manna infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email hi@mannas.fun with the subject "IP complaint" and include:

  1. 1your name and contact details, and your authority to act if you represent the rights owner;
  2. 2a description of the work or mark you say is infringed;
  3. 3the link to the Content, coin or profile on Manna;
  4. 4a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
  5. 5a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature.

If your Content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the same details and an explanation. We may remove or hide Content, and suspend repeat infringers. We cannot remove anything from a blockchain.

19. Acceptable use#

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you must not use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent or manipulative (including wash trading, spoofing and pump-and-dump schemes), to harass or harm anyone, to impersonate others, to spread malware or phishing, to evade sanctions, to infringe rights, to farm Rewards with multiple Accounts, or to attack, overload or scrape the Service beyond what the API Terms of Use allow.

20. Privacy#

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. The Cookie and Storage Notice explains what is stored on your device.

21. Suspension, termination and account deletion#

By you. You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your Account in the app: open your profile, tap Edit profile, then Delete account, and confirm. Deletion is only available when the cash in your wallets is under $1, so withdraw your funds or export your keys first. Deletion removes your profile and sign-in as described in the Privacy Policy. Your wallets and anything left in them stay yours, but once your sign-in is deleted you can only reach an embedded wallet with keys you exported before.

By us. We may suspend or restrict your access to all or part of the Service, hide your Content or coins, forfeit Rewards obtained through abuse, or close your Account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you broke these Terms or the law, that your use creates risk for Manna, other users or third parties, or if we are required to by law, a court or a regulator. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why. We may also change, pause or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

What happens next. Suspension or termination does not affect your ownership of your wallets or tokens. You can still access embedded wallets through exported keys. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 8, 9, 12, 13 (license), 18, 22 to 27 and 29) survive.

22. Risks#

By using the Service you confirm that you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure and that you accept those risks, including the total loss of what you trade. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

23. Disclaimers#

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, MANNA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; that prices, charts, market caps, PnL, leaderboards or other data are accurate or current; that orders or automation will execute; that payouts will be made; that smart contracts or programs (ours or anyone else's) are free of bugs; or that any coin or token has or will keep any value. Manna's smart contracts and programs have not been externally audited. See also the Disclaimer.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

24. Limitation of liability#

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:

  1. 1MANNA AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS (THE "MANNA PARTIES"), WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, TOKENS OR OPPORTUNITY, HOWEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
  2. 2THE MANNA PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM: TOKEN PRICES OR VOLATILITY; YOUR TRADING DECISIONS; THE ACTIONS OF CREATORS OR OTHER USERS; SMART CONTRACTS, PROGRAMS, BLOCKCHAINS, BRIDGES OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICES; FAILED, DELAYED OR PARTIAL TRANSACTIONS, ORDERS OR AUTOMATION; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, DEVICE OR KEYS THAT IS NOT CAUSED BY OUR BREACH; OR YOUR OWN MISTAKES (SUCH AS SENDING TO A WRONG ADDRESS OR CHAIN).
  3. 3THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE MANNA PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO MANNA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) US$100.

These limits apply to every theory of liability, whether contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that these Terms cannot override.

25. Indemnity#

To the fullest extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Manna Parties from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your Content; any coin you create or promote; your breach of these Terms or any law; or your violation of anyone's rights. We may take control of the defense of any claim at our own cost, and you will cooperate with us.

26. Taxes#

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your transactions, Rewards, creator fees and other income through the Service. Manna does not provide tax advice or tax reports, and the PnL and other figures shown in the Service are not tax records.

27. Disputes and governing law#

Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by [TODO: owner to choose governing law and courts/arbitration], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email hi@mannas.fun with the subject "Dispute", describing the dispute and the outcome you want. We will try in good faith to resolve it. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either party may start proceedings as set out below.

Forum. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the courts or arbitration forum named in the governing law clause above. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief, or bring a claim in a small-claims court where it qualifies, without first following the informal process.

Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by the governing law, you and Manna agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court, not in arbitration.

Time limit. To the extent permitted by the governing law, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

Consumer rights. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes any mandatory right you have under the law of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

28. Changes to these Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by another reasonable method before it takes effect. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before they took effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and, if you wish, delete your Account.

29. General#

  • Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain or network outages, forks, congestion or attacks, failures of third-party services, power or internet failures, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics or labor disputes.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the rest stays in full effect.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, with the policies listed in section 1, are the entire agreement between you and Manna about the Service, and replace any prior agreements on the subject.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them, including in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or to an affiliate.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
  • Notices. We may send notices to you in the app, through the Telegram bot, by email to an address linked to your Account, or by posting them on mannas.fun. You may send legal notices to hi@mannas.fun, and to our registered address once published above.
  • Relationship. You and Manna are independent parties. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
  • Third-party rights. Except for the Manna Parties (sections 24 and 25) and Apple and Google (section 16), no third party has any right to enforce these Terms.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls.
  • Headings are for convenience only.
