Take profit, stop loss, limit, trailing and DCA orders

Set take profit, stop loss, limit buys and sells, trailing stops and recurring DCA buys on any token. How triggers work, what each option does, limits, retries, and what to expect when the market moves fast.

Updated November 3, 2026

Orders trade for you while you're away. Arm a take profit and a stop loss after you buy, a limit buy to catch a dip, a trailing stop that follows the price up, or a DCA plan that buys on a schedule. Orders run on Manna's servers with your one-tap account, so they fire even with Manna closed, and they are shared with the Telegram bot: create one on the website, see and cancel it in the bot, and the other way round. Orders are free to set and cancel; the normal trading fee applies when one fills.

How triggers work#

Every trigger is stored as a market cap in dollars. Price and market cap move together (the supply doesn't change), so a price trigger is simply converted to the matching market cap when you arm it. This keeps one number to watch whatever unit you typed.

You can enter a trigger three ways:

  • MCap: type a market cap in dollars.
  • Price: switch the unit to Price and type a dollar price. Manna converts it with today's supply: trigger market cap = your price ÷ current price × current market cap.
  • % from now: tap a chip. The chips fill in the trigger for you.

Below the input Manna shows how far the trigger is from now (for example "+50.0%") and the same trigger in the other unit, so you can check both.

A trigger that's already met is refused, because it would fill at once: "Trigger already met: the market cap is $X now. Use a market buy instead." (or "market sell"). Use a normal trade for that.

Arm an order on a token#

On any token page, the Orders card has three buttons: + TP / SL (it reads + Sell at price when you don't hold the token), + Buy the dip and + DCA. Each opens the order sheet on the matching tab. The sheet has four tabs: Sell at price, Buy the dip, Trailing and DCA.

Sell at price (take profit or stop loss)#

  1. 1Under Sell when it hits, type a market cap or price, or tap a chip: -50%, -25%, -10%, +25%, +50%, 2x or 5x.
  2. 2Manna labels it Take profit if the trigger is above today's market cap, Stop loss if below.
  3. 3Under How much to sell, pick 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% or Initial.
  4. 4Tap Arm take profit or Arm stop loss.

Initial sells just enough to take back what you put in, so "the rest rides for free". It is worked out when the order fires, from your recorded buys and sells. If the bag is worth less than what's still in by then, it sells everything.

If you don't hold the token yet, the sheet warns "You don't hold X yet: it sells whatever you hold when it fires."

One-tap bracket#

On the Sell at price tab, when you hold the token, a box reads ⚡ One-tap bracket: "Take profit at 2x (sell half) + stop loss at -30% (sell all)". Tap Arm to set both at once. The toast confirms "Bracket armed: TP 2x · SL -30%".

Buy the dip (limit buy)#

  1. 1Under Buy when it drops to, type a market cap or price below today's, or tap -10%, -20%, -30% or -50%.
  2. 2Under Buy for, tap $10, $25, $50 or $100, or type an amount (it starts at $25).
  3. 3Tap Arm limit buy.

Trailing stop#

  1. 1Under Sell if it falls this much from its top, pick -10%, -15%, -20%, -30% or -50% (it starts at -20%). Manna accepts trailing drops from 1% to 90%.
  2. 2Pick how much to sell.
  3. 3Tap Arm trailing stop.

The sheet shows where it would sell today: "today it sells at $X MC, and that line rises with every new high". Manna remembers the highest market cap since you armed it and fires when the market cap falls the chosen % below that peak.

Example: you arm a 20% trailing stop at $1M market cap. The coin runs to $3M, so the stop line rises to $2.4M. When the market cap drops to $2.4M or below, it sells. If the coin had never risen, it would sell at $800K.

DCA (recurring buys)#

  1. 1Under Each buy, pick $10, $25, $50 or $100, or type an amount.
  2. 2Under Every, pick an interval: 15m, 1h, 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h, 3d, 7d (it starts at 1h).
  3. 3Under Number of buys, pick 5, 10, 20, 50 or ∞ (no limit). It starts at 10.
  4. 4Tap Start DCA.

The first buy happens right away, then one every interval: the sheet sums it up, for example "$25 now, then every 1h · $250 over 10 buys". A plan with a set number of buys finishes on its own after the last one. You can Pause and Resume a plan from its row. Resuming clears its failure count and buys at the next check.

If 5 buys in a row fail (usually because cash ran out), the plan pauses itself and tells you: "DCA paused · X: 5 buys in a row failed... Top up and resume it in Orders."

Auto TP / SL after every buy#

At the bottom of the order sheet is a switch: Auto TP / SL after every buy, "Sells half at +100%, all at -30%. Same switch as the Telegram bot."

With it on, every time a buy you make with one-tap on mannas.fun lands, Manna arms two orders on that token: a take profit at 2x the market cap at the moment of the buy, selling 50%, and a stop loss at 30% below it, selling 100%. The switch is shared with the bot, so it applies to bot buys too. These orders count toward your open-order limit; if you're at the limit, they're not created.

When an order fires#

  1. 1Manna's order worker checks every open order about every 5 seconds, around the clock.
  2. 2When the market cap crosses your trigger, the order is claimed (so it can never fill twice) and shows Filling.
  3. 3It trades at market through your one-tap account, with your saved slippage, the same way as a manual trade.
  4. 4You get a notification in the app, and in Telegram if your account is linked to the bot: for example "Take profit filled · X: Sold 50% for $120 at $2.1M market cap".

Retries#

A fill can fail (a busy network, a price move past your slippage). Each order gets up to 3 attempts. After a failure the order shows Retrying and tries again on the next check if the trigger still holds. Stop losses and trailing stops widen their slippage on retries so they get out instead of sticking: at least 10% on the second attempt and 20% on the third. Other orders retry with at least 5%. After the last attempt the order is marked Failed and you're told why.

Housekeeping Manna does for you#

  • A sell order that fires when you hold nothing (you sold by hand or moved the tokens out) cancels itself.
  • A sell that empties your bag cancels your other open sell orders on that token.
  • If one-tap trading is off when an order fires, it fails with "One-tap trading is off" and you're asked to switch it on.
  • Orders don't expire. They stay armed until they fill, fail or you cancel them.

The order and DCA limits count your website and Telegram bot orders together.

Who can use orders#

Orders trade for you, so they need one-tap trading on an account made with X, Google, Apple, email or another social login. Signed out, the sheet says Sign in to set orders; with one-tap off, the arm button reads "Turn on one-tap trading: orders trade for you". A profile signed in only with an outside wallet sees "Orders trade for you with one-tap trading. Sign in with X, Google, Apple or email to use them."

See your orders#

  • On the chart: open orders are drawn as colored lines on the token's candles: TP (green), SL (pink), BUY (lime) and TRAIL (amber, drawn where the trailing stop would sell today).
  • On the token page: the Orders card lists this token's orders, each with how far it is from the trigger ("+12.3% away").
  • On /orders: every order across all tokens. The Open tab shows counts against your limits ("3/20 orders · 1/10 DCA plans"), with DCA plans under RECURRING BUYS. The History tab shows filled, failed and cancelled orders with a View link to the transaction. Orders made in Telegram carry a BOT badge.
