Frequently asked questions
Short, straight answers to the questions people ask most about accounts, money, trading, launching, rewards, the bot and safety.
Account and wallets#
Do I need a crypto wallet to use Manna?#
No. Sign in with X, Google, Telegram, email or another account and Manna creates a Solana wallet and an EVM wallet for you. You can also connect your own wallet (Phantom, MetaMask and others). See Create your account.
Who holds my money?#
You do. Your wallets' keys are held in Privy's secure wallet infrastructure, not by Manna, and you can export them any time from the account menu. If you turn on one-tap trading, Manna's signer can sign the trades you ask for, but it can't take your wallet away. See Security and custody.
Is the Telegram bot the same account as the website?#
Yes, if you sign in to mannas.fun with Telegram. Your wallets, cash, positions, orders and watchlist are shared. See Telegram bot.
Does signing in with Telegram need my phone number?#
No. Continue with Telegram opens Manna's bot, the Manna bot: tap Start, then ✅ Sign in, and the page signs you in. Manna never sees your phone number or Telegram password. Only approve sign-ins you started yourself, and tap 🚫 Revoke on the bot's message to sign a browser out. See Sign in with Telegram.
Can I use my Google or X account in the Telegram bot?#
Yes. Open the account menu on mannas.fun and tap Link under Telegram, then confirm in the bot. One-tap trading needs to be on. If your Telegram already has its own Manna account, the two can't be merged. See Link Telegram to an account you already have.
I signed in with a different method and my balance is gone.#
Each sign-in method can create its own account. Sign out and sign in the way you did the first time. Your funds are on-chain in the original account's wallets.
How do I export my private key?#
Tap your avatar (top right) to open your profile, tap Account (the gear), then Export key. It opens in Privy's secure window. Never share the key with anyone. Bot users sign in to mannas.fun with Telegram, then Privy confirms it's them with Telegram's official login before showing the key.
How do I delete my account?#
Account menu (your avatar), Delete account, or Profile, Edit profile, Delete account, then type DELETE. Move your money out first: accounts holding $1 or more can't be deleted. See Create your account.
Money in and out#
How do I add money?#
Tap + on your cash, then choose Crypto (send USDC or SOL on Solana, or USDC or ETH on Robinhood Chain and other EVM chains, with USDG as Robinhood's dollar; either works, no gas coin needed), Debit card, or Exchanges and apps. See Add money.
What is "cash"?#
The total of the SOL, ETH, BNB, POL, AVAX, USDC and USDG in your Manna wallets across all nine chains. When you buy something on any chain, Manna pays from cash wherever it is and moves it for you. See One-tap trading and cash.
How do I withdraw?#
Tap the withdraw arrow on your cash, pick the chain and paste an address. Your cash arrives as that chain's native coin. Manna charges no withdrawal fee, only network costs. See Deposit, withdraw and send.
Do I need SOL or ETH for gas?#
No. Deposit USDC or SOL (or USDC or ETH), either works. Every blockchain charges a small network fee in its native coin, and when you hold only USDC, you pay it from your USDC instead, no gas coin needed: on Solana a little of your USDC (about $1 to $2) becomes SOL for your next fees, and $0.02 of USDC pays the fee of that swap; on EVM chains USDC leaving the chain moves with a signed permit and no gas, and for a same-chain move Manna sends a few cents of gas that your wallet pays back in USDC plus $0.02. You need at least $2 of USDC on Solana, or $5 on an EVM chain. Ethereum mainnet is the one exception: to spend USDC on Ethereum itself, hold some ETH. When you do hold the chain's coin, Manna keeps a little of it aside automatically so the next transaction can pay its fee. See No gas coin? Pay the fee in USDC.
Trading#
What does Manna charge to trade?#
1% of the trade. On the trading page, 25% to 40% of that fee comes back to you as cashback. Manna coins also have their creator's fee (0 to 10%). See Fees.
Which tokens can I trade?#
Almost any token on Solana, Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and Avalanche. Paste the contract address or search a name. See Trading.
My trade failed. Did I lose money?#
Usually not: most failures happen before anything is sent. If a trade "may still land", check the explorer link before retrying. Look up your exact message in Troubleshooting.
What slippage should I use?#
Leave it on Auto unless you have a reason not to: 5% on bonding curves and 3% on DEX pools on Solana. Raise it only for very volatile coins, and never above what you're willing to lose. See Slippage and price impact.
Why does Manna warn me about price impact?#
Your trade is big for the pool and would move the price against you. Manna warns at 3% and asks you to confirm at 10%.
Do my orders run when I'm offline?#
Yes. Orders, DCA and copy trades run on Manna's servers using one-tap trading, about every 5 seconds. They're best effort: in fast markets they can fill past your trigger. See Orders.
Why can't I use orders or copy trading?#
They need one-tap trading, which needs an account sign-in (not an outside wallet). Sign in with X, Google, Apple or email and turn on one-tap.
How does copy trading work?#
You pick a trader (a Manna user or any wallet address), a dollar amount per buy and optional limits. Manna checks for their new trades about every 15 seconds and copies their buys, and their sells if you want. Past trades are never copied. See Copy trading.
Can I copy traders from FOMO?#
Yes. Search their FOMO @handle, profile link or wallet, or pick one from the On FOMO board, and tap Copy. Manna reads their trades from the Solana chain (it isn't affiliated with FOMO). In the bot, send /copy @handle. See Copy FOMO traders.
Launching#
How much does it cost to launch a coin?#
$0.50 on Solana, $1 on Robinhood Chain and $1 on Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and Avalanche, plus network costs (roughly 0.03 SOL on Solana, gas on the EVM chains) and any first buy you make. See Fees.
Which chains can I launch on?#
All 9: Solana, Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and Avalanche. On the seven newer EVM chains you pair with the native coin or USDC (no stock pairs), and on mannas.fun your connected wallet signs the launch. See Supported chains.
Can I change my coin's fee or rules after launch?#
No. The pair, creator fee, fee split and rules are locked at launch so buyers can trust them. On Solana you can change who receives your share of the fee, and hand the creator role to someone else. See Creator tools.
How do I get paid as a creator?#
Your share of the creator fee goes to you automatically every 15 minutes (on Solana split coins), or collects in the pool for you to claim (Solana "Keep it all" coins), or becomes a claimable balance on Robinhood Chain and the other EVM chains, which you collect on /me. See Creator tools.
What is the sniper shield?#
A very high fee for the first 3 to 30 seconds after launch, so bots that buy instantly lose money. Your own launch buy skips it. See Sniper shield.
When does my coin graduate?#
When its bonding curve sells out: about 6×, 11× or 14.7× its starting market cap, depending on the curve you chose. Then it moves to a DEX pool with liquidity locked forever. See Curves and graduation.
Why did my Solana coin launch without rules?#
Solana rules run in Manna's transfer-hook program, which switches on once it's deployed to Solana. Until then Solana launches go out without rules. EVM chains enforce rules through Manna's token contract, once those contracts are deployed.
Can I launch from Telegram?#
Yes: /launch in the Manna bot, on any of the 9 chains, with most of the website's options (no trading rules in the bot). See Bot: launch and battles.
Rewards#
How does cashback work?#
On every trading-page swap, 25% of Manna's fee comes back to you, rising to 40% at $5M of 30-day volume. See Cashback and referrals.
How do referrals work?#
Share your invite link. You earn 25% of Manna's fee on the trading-page swaps of everyone who joins with it, for as long as they trade, plus 500 Season 1 points per invite.
What are Harvest Drops?#
Payouts to holders of a coin whose creator routed part of their fee to holders, every 15 minutes, in proportion to how much you hold. See Holder payouts.
Why didn't I receive a drop?#
Payouts only go out once they're worth at least $1, and each run pays a limited number of wallets, starting with the largest. Small holders may wait several runs or not qualify. The coin page's Drops tab shows every payout.
What is First 100 bonded?#
The first 100 Manna coins to bond after the program starts, on any chain, get buybacks: 25% of what Manna earns from each coin after it bonds buys it back, and the coins are burned. A coin in it shows "Bonded #12 of 100" in its launch details. See First 100 bonded.
What are Season 1 points? Are they a token?#
Points you earn for trading, launching, inviting and posting theses. They are not a token and promise nothing. Pool size and unlock terms will be announced before $MANNA goes live. See Season 1 and Manna Pass.
Is there a $MANNA token?#
Not yet. Anyone selling or airdropping "$MANNA" today is a scammer.
Social#
How are Top callers ranked?#
By the average move of their calls since posting, counting only calls on coins worth at least $25K at the time and only traders with at least 2 calls. See Calls and theses.
How do I get the verified badge?#
Sign in with X. Verified means the profile has a linked X account.
Can I hide my trades?#
Turn on Private profile (you appear as Anon#…, out of every ranking) or Hide dollar amounts (percentages only). Your activity is still public on the blockchain. See Profiles and privacy.
Safety#
Is Manna audited?#
No. Manna's contracts and Solana program have only been tested and reviewed internally, are not deployed yet and have not been audited by an external firm. Read Security and custody and the Risk Disclosure.
How do I spot a fake coin?#
Check the contract address, not the name or picture. Manna coins carry Manna's address ending, published on Contracts and addresses at launch. Open the coin from mannas.fun.
Someone from "Manna support" messaged me. Is it real?#
Manna will never DM you first and never ask for your private key, seed phrase or sign-in code, and never asks you to open a sign-in link or send a /login code to the bot for someone else. Contact us only at hi@mannas.fun.
I found a bug or security issue.#
Thank you. Report security issues privately as described on Security and Bug Bounty, and other bugs to hi@mannas.fun.
