Make your first trade

Find a token, read its page, buy it with Slide to buy, sell it, protect it with take profit and stop loss, and check the result in your portfolio. A complete walkthrough for your first trade on Manna.

Updated November 3, 2026

This guide takes you from an empty search box to a finished trade. You will find a token, read its page, buy it, set a take profit and stop loss, sell, and see your profit or loss. It works the same for coins launched on Manna and for any other token on the 9 chains Manna trades. It assumes you already have cash in your account; if not, start with Add money.

Before you start#

  • Sign in with X, Google, Apple or email. This gives you a Solana wallet and an EVM wallet, and lets you use one-tap trading.
  • Add cash on any chain. You don't need it on the same chain as the token; Manna moves it for you.
  • Turn on one-tap trading when Manna asks. The strip at the top of every buy sheet reads ⚡ Turn on one-tap trading with "Buy with your cash from any chain, no wallet pop-ups. One time." Tap Turn on once. After that, trades run without wallet pop-ups. Details are in One-tap trading and universal cash.

Step 1: Find a token#

There are three ways in.

Press Ctrl+K (Windows) or Cmd+K (Mac), press /, or tap the search bar. The search box reads "Search coins, people, or paste any CA…". Type at least two letters of a name or ticker, or paste a full contract address. Results show the symbol, chain, price and a MANNA tag for coins launched on Manna. Use the arrow keys and Enter, or tap a result.

Paste a contract address on Trade#

Open Trade. The page is titled Trade anything. Paste a contract address (CA) or search a name or ticker. Manna finds the token on whichever chain it lives on. A pasted address is the safest way to get the exact token you mean, because many tokens share a ticker.

Browse Discover#

The home page lists live coins in feeds: Trending, Top, Surge, New, About to graduate, Graduated and ★ Watchlist. Every row has a Buy button, so you can buy straight from the list. Tap a row to open its page. See Trading on Manna for what each feed means.

Step 2: Read the token page#

Manna coins open on their own coin page (with extra sections for the launch, its fee routes and its rules); any other token opens on the trading page. Both share the same core layout. On the trading page, from top to bottom:

  1. 1Header: logo with a chain badge, ticker, name, contract address (tap to copy), and the launchpad it came from when known. The bell sets a price alert and the star adds it to your watchlist.
  2. 2Price and market cap, updating live. The colored pill shows the change over the chart range you picked.
  3. 3Chart: pick 1M, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W or ALL, switch between line and candles, and turn on markers that show Manna traders' buys and sells. Your open orders appear as lines on the candles.
  4. 4Your position (once you hold it): value, profit or loss, what you invested, your average entry market cap, and a Share button.
  5. 5Orders: arm a take profit, stop loss, limit buy or DCA (step 5 below).
  6. 6Tabs: Positions (Manna traders in this token, plus on-chain holder count and top-10 share), Top traders, Feed (theses and activity) and About.

Before buying, check three things: market cap (how big it already is), liquidity (how much money is in its pool, shown on the trading page search results and in About), and the holder spread in Positions. A thin pool means bigger price impact.

Step 3: Buy#

At the bottom of the page on phones (in the right-hand column on desktop) sits the trade dock: a Buy / Sell toggle, amount chips, a big Buy button, and a ⚡ quick-buy button. On the trading page the chips are $10, $25 and $100. On a Manna coin page they are in the coin's pair currency, for example 0.1, 0.5 and 1 SOL for a SOL-paired coin, or $10, $25 and $100 for a dollar-paired one.

  1. 1Tap an amount chip, or tap Buy to open the sheet empty.
  2. 2In the sheet, the amount is in dollars under You pay. Use the presets ($10, $25, $100, Max) or the keypad.
  3. 3Read the line under the amount: You get ≈ the number of tokens your amount buys right now.
  4. 4Check the slippage button (Slippage Auto by default) and the impact figure next to it. Both are explained in Slippage and price impact.
  5. 5Check the fee line under the keypad. On the trading page it reads Fee 1% · 25% back; on a Manna coin page it reads 25% cashback.
  6. 6Drag Slide to buy all the way to the right. You need to drag it past about 88% of the track; let go earlier and it springs back. Keyboard users can focus the knob and press Enter or Space.

A banner at the top of the screen shows Buying while the trade lands, then Bought with the amount of tokens and an Add thesis button to post why you bought.

What you pay#

On a $100 buy, Manna's fee is 1%, so $1. 25% of that fee ($0.25) comes back to you as cashback, ready to claim on Rewards. Higher reward tiers return up to 40%. See Cashback and referrals. You also pay the network fee for the transaction, and if your cash had to move from another chain first, that cross-chain move's own costs. Some Manna coins pay through their pool fee instead of the 1%; Trading on Manna lists every case.

Quick buy#

The ⚡ button buys a fixed amount the moment a price is in, with no slide. On the trading page it starts at $10. On a Manna coin page it starts at an amount in the coin's pair currency (for example 0.1 SOL, 0.005 ETH or $10), and you can change it with Quick buy … · change under the dock on desktop (or a right-click on the ⚡ button). The quick buy still checks your balance and the price impact before it fires.

Step 4: Set a take profit and stop loss#

Protect the trade so you don't have to watch it.

  1. 1On the token page, find the Orders card and tap + TP / SL.
  2. 2On the Sell at price tab, either tap Arm on ⚡ One-tap bracket (take profit at 2x selling half, plus stop loss at -30% selling all), or set your own trigger: type a market cap or price, or tap a chip like +50% or -25%.
  3. 3Pick how much to sell: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% or Initial (just enough to take back what you put in).
  4. 4Tap the arm button. You'll see "Watching the market for you. It fires even with Manna closed."

Orders need one-tap trading. Full details, including trailing stops and DCA, are in Orders.

Step 5: Sell#

  1. 1On the dock, switch the toggle to Sell (it only works while you hold the token) and tap Sell.
  2. 2Pick 25%, 50%, Max or Initial, or type a dollar amount.
  3. 3Drag Slide to sell.

The sale comes back as the chain's native coin (SOL on Solana, ETH on Robinhood and the ETH chains, BNB, POL or AVAX elsewhere), which is cash again. Initial is useful after a big run: it sells exactly enough to recover what you put in and leaves the rest riding. If the bag is worth less than you put in, Manna tells you to use Max instead.

Step 6: Check your portfolio#

Open your profile. You'll see your net worth, a value chart (24h, 7d, 30d, All), and your tokens under Holdings. Tap a position to see invested, profit, average entry and exit market cap, every transaction, and a Share card button. After you sell everything, the position moves to Closed and counts toward your win rate. See Portfolio and PnL.
