Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do through mannas.fun, the Manna apps, the Telegram bot, Manna AI and the Manna APIs (the "Service"), including the coins you launch and the content you post. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

If you see something that breaks this policy, report it (see section 9).

1. Market manipulation and trading abuse#

You must not use the Service to manipulate markets or mislead other traders. This includes:

• Wash trading: buying and selling to yourself, or between wallets you control or coordinate with, to fake volume, price or activity, including to farm cashback, referral rewards, Season points, battle results or leaderboard positions.
• Spoofing and layering: placing orders you intend to cancel to create a false impression of demand or supply.
• Pump-and-dump schemes: coordinating buying or promotion to inflate a price so that you or others can sell to later buyers.
• Fake signals: posting calls, theses or PnL that you know are false, or hiding that you are being paid to promote a coin.
• Front-running other users using information obtained through the Service that is not public.
• Deliberately triggering other users' orders, alerts or copy trades in order to trade against them.

2. Rewards, referrals and points abuse#

You must not:

• create or control multiple Accounts (sybil or multi-account farming) to collect Rewards, referral rewards, points, passes or prizes;
• refer yourself, or use referral links in a way designed to capture rewards from your own trades;
• create Accounts automatically or in bulk, or buy, sell or trade Accounts or referral codes;
• exploit bugs or errors in how Rewards, points or fees are calculated, instead of reporting them.

Season points are counted live and can be adjusted or removed for wash trading or abuse. Rewards gained through abuse can be withheld, reversed or forfeited.

3. Coins#

You must not launch or promote a coin that:

• impersonates a person, company, brand, project or token, or falsely suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation;
• uses a name, ticker, image or description that infringes someone's trademark, copyright or other rights;
• is designed to defraud buyers, for example by misleading descriptions, hidden risks, or a planned "rug pull";
• falsely claims to represent a security, share, debt, stake in a business, or a right to profits or revenue;
• promotes or contains content that breaks section 5; or
• routes creator fees to a social account in a way that misleads people about who is behind the coin.

4. Scams, phishing and malicious code#

You must not:

• post or send phishing links, fake websites, fake support accounts, wallet drainers or links to malware;
• ask other users for their private keys, seed phrases, sign-in codes or funds;
• impersonate Manna, its team, or other users;
• distribute malicious code through coin metadata, posts, images or any other channel.

5. Harmful content and conduct#

You must not post, upload or share content that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies, intimidates or doxxes anyone, or encourages others to do so;
• promotes hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or serious disease;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic, or graphically violent;
• promotes self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism;
• shares another person's private information without their consent; or
• is spam, including repetitive, unsolicited or automated promotion.

Child safety. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes minors. We remove it immediately, permanently ban the accounts involved, and report it to the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual property and privacy#

You must not post content or create coins that infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property, or violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights. Rights owners can send complaints as described in the Terms of Service.

7. Illegal activity and sanctions#

You must not use the Service:

• for any illegal purpose, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or illegal gambling;
• if you are a sanctioned person or in a sanctioned region, or on behalf of anyone who is;
• to evade sanctions, export controls, location restrictions or Manna's own restrictions, for example by using a VPN or another person's Account; or
• to deal in the proceeds of crime or with addresses linked to sanctioned parties or illicit activity.

8. Attacking or misusing the Service#

You must not:

• probe, scan or test vulnerabilities outside our Security and Bug Bounty rules, or breach any security or authentication measure;
• access accounts, data, wallets or funds that are not yours;
• interfere with or overload the Service, including denial-of-service attacks, flooding endpoints, or sending excessive requests;
• get around rate limits, including the Telegram bot's rate limits, for example by rotating IP addresses, Accounts or API keys;
• scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service other than through the Manna APIs within the API Terms of Use;
• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Service except where the law allows;
• use the Service to build a competing product by copying its content or design; or
• use bots, scripts or automation against the web app or the Telegram bot, other than through the official APIs and the bot's own features.

9. Reporting#

• Posts and users: tap the menu on any post and choose Report or Block. We review reports within 24 hours.
• Coins, profiles, scams, impersonation and anything else: email hi@mannas.fun with the link and a short explanation.
• Intellectual property complaints: see the Terms of Service.
• Security vulnerabilities: see Security and Bug Bounty.

Please do not file false or abusive reports. Repeated false reports are themselves a breach of this policy.

10. Enforcement#

We decide, in our reasonable judgment, whether something breaks this policy. Depending on how serious it is, we may:

• hide or remove posts, replies, images or profiles;
• hide, delist or label coins on Manna's interfaces;
• hide posts automatically once three different people have reported them, pending review;
• adjust or remove Season points, and withhold, reverse or forfeit Rewards gained through abuse;
• limit features, such as posting, launching, the Telegram bot or API access, or revoke API keys;
• suspend or permanently close Accounts, and refuse new Accounts from the same person; and
• report activity to law enforcement or other authorities where required or appropriate.

We may act without notice where needed to protect users or the Service. We cannot remove or change anything on a blockchain: a coin or transaction hidden from Manna still exists on-chain and may be visible elsewhere. If you think we made a mistake, email hi@mannas.fun with the subject "Appeal" and we will review it.

11. Changes#

We may update this policy. The "updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
