Fee Schedule
Every fee Manna charges, when it applies and where it goes, plus the fees paid to networks and third parties, and how cashback and referral rewards return part of Manna's fee to you.
This Fee Schedule is part of the Terms of Service. It lists the fees Manna ("Manna", "we", "us") charges for using the Service, and the other costs you may pay when you use it. For worked examples and more detail, see the fees guide.
1. How fees are charged#
- Fees are taken on-chain, in the same transaction as the action they relate to, or in a separate small transfer right after it (for example, the launch fee on EVM chains).
- Fees are paid in the token being traded or the chain's native coin or quote asset, depending on the route.
- Fees are not refundable once the transaction confirms, except where this schedule says otherwise.
- A transaction that fails on-chain does not pay Manna's fees, but it may still cost a network fee.
2. Trading fees#
| Fee | Amount | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Manna trading fee | 1% of the trade | Swaps on the trading page, and buys and sells on a Manna launchpad bonding curve |
| Graduated Solana Manna coins | No extra 1% | After graduation, Manna's share comes from the pool's own trading fee instead |
| Creator fee | 0% to 10%, set by the coin's creator | On top of Manna's fee, on trades of that creator's coin |
The creator fee is chosen by the creator at launch and is paid to the destinations the creator chooses (their wallet, holders, burns, a social handle or other routes). Manna does not set or receive creator fees. See Fee routes.
Example. A $100 buy of a Manna coin on its curve, with a 2% creator fee, pays about $1 to Manna and $2 to the creator's chosen routes. A $100 swap of any token on the trading page pays $1 to Manna, and at the base cashback rate of 25%, $0.25 of it comes back to you as cashback. Trades on a Manna coin's curve pay the coin's own fee instead and do not earn cashback.
When you trade with one-tap trading or the Telegram bot, two kinds of trade are routed through Manna's trading engine, which charges its 1% in addition to the coin's own fee: a Robinhood Chain Manna coin that already trades in its Uniswap pool (including Bot-ready coins), and a Solana Manna coin paired with an asset other than SOL. The quote shows what you will receive after all fees.
3. Launch fees#
| Chain | Launch fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Solana | $0.50 | Paid in SOL inside the launch transaction. Solana also requires network deposits (rent) for a new coin, paid to the network, not to Manna. |
| Robinhood Chain | $1 | Paid in the chain's native coin, only after the launch succeeds |
| Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche | $1 | Paid in the chain's native coin, only after the launch succeeds |
Launch fees are converted from US dollars at the current price of the native coin. If you add a dev buy, it is a normal trade and pays the normal trading fee.
4. Graduation fee#
| Chain | Fee |
|---|---|
| Solana | 10% of the quote raised on the curve, taken when the coin graduates, before the rest seeds the DEX pool |
| Robinhood Chain and other EVM chains | None |
On Solana, the curve raises slightly more so the pool still opens at the graduation price after the fee. See Curves and graduation.
5. Sniper shield fees#
If a creator switches on the sniper shield, buys by wallets that are not on the creator's team pay a high fee during the first seconds after launch:
| Chain | Shield fee |
|---|---|
| Solana | A flat fee the creator picks (90%, 95%, 99%), or a fee that fades from 99% down to the normal fee over the shield period |
| Robinhood Chain and other EVM chains | Starts at 99% and halves quickly over the shield period |
Shield fees are part of the coin's trading fees and are routed with them. See Sniper shield.
6. Bridge fee#
| Action | Fee |
|---|---|
| Bridges you make (the bridge page, and the bot's bridge and migrate commands) | 0.7% of the amount sent |
| Automatic cash routing inside a trade | No Manna bridge fee |
| Withdrawals | No Manna fee beyond network and route costs |
Bridges are provided by Relay, which may also charge its own fees, shown in the quote.
7. Token locks#
| Chain | Fee |
|---|---|
| Solana | 0.16 SOL per lock, plus 0.5% of the tokens for a lock that unlocks all at once, or 0.19% for a gradual release |
| Robinhood Chain | A service fee in ETH plus a share of the tokens, read from the locker contract and shown before you confirm |
| Other EVM chains | No token locker. The optional 30-day lock of a creator's first buy, made inside the launch, has no fee |
On Robinhood Chain, the locker contract caps its fees at 0.05 ETH per lock and 2% of the tokens, and no change to fees affects tokens already locked. See Dev buy and locks.
8. Optional services#
| Service | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| DEX PAID | $319 by default | DexScreener's $299 price plus Manna's handling, paid in SOL at the current price. Manna submits the order on DexScreener for you. If it is not submitted within 24 hours, you are refunded automatically. |
| Manna AI | Charged in AI credits at the cost reported by the model provider | AI credits can only be used for AI on Manna |
| Tips | Manna takes nothing | The full tip goes to the recipient, less the network fee |
9. Network and third-party fees#
- Network fees (gas). Every blockchain charges a fee to process transactions. These go to the network, not to Manna, and vary with demand. On Solana, some actions also require refundable or non-refundable account deposits (rent).
- Third-party route fees. Routers, venues, relayers and bridges may charge their own fees or spreads, which are included in the quote you see.
- Onramp fees. Card and exchange funding through Privy's partners may carry fees set by those partners.
10. Cashback and referral rewards#
Part of Manna's trading fee comes back to you, and to whoever invited you, by tier:
| Reward | Range |
|---|---|
| Cashback (to you, on your own trades) | 25% to 40% of Manna's fee |
| Referral reward (to the person who invited you) | 25% to 35% of Manna's fee |
| Tier | Your 30-day trading volume | Share of Manna's fee back to you | Effective cashback on a trade |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base | $0.00 to $249,999 | 25% | 0.25% |
| Mid | $250,000 to $999,999 | 30% | 0.3% |
| Power | $1,000,000 to $4,999,999 | 35% | 0.35% |
| Whale | $5,000,000 and up | 40% | 0.4% |
| Tier | 30-day volume of everyone you referred | Share of their fee paid to you | Effective rate on their trades |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | $0.00 to $999,999 | 25% | 0.25% |
| Gold | $1,000,000 to $4,999,999 | 30% | 0.3% |
| Platinum | $5,000,000 and up | 35% | 0.35% |
Cashback and referral rewards apply to trading-page swaps. Robinhood Chain trading-page swaps pay a fixed 25% cashback and 25% referral reward, on-chain. Rewards are promotional and can change. They build up until you claim them: on Solana the minimum claim is 0.001 SOL or 0.01 USDC; on Robinhood Chain you claim from the trading contract at any time. Rewards obtained through wash trading, self-referral or multiple accounts may be withheld or reversed. See Cashback and referrals.
11. Where Manna's fee goes#
On Manna's launchpad contracts, Manna's 1% platform fee is allocated as follows:
| Share | Allocation |
|---|---|
| 40% | Reserved for buying back $MANNA |
| 10% | Reserved for $MANNA holders |
| 50% | Manna's treasury |
Reserves are held until $MANNA is live. A $MANNA token does not exist today, and Manna makes no promise that it will launch. Reserves are not owed to any user and give no one any right to Manna's revenue.
12. Changes#
We may change any fee in this schedule. The fee shown before you confirm is the fee that applies to that transaction. We will update the "updated" date when this schedule changes.
