Troubleshooting and error messages

Every message Manna can show when something doesn't go through, what it means, and what to do. Search this page for the words in your message.

Most errors mean nothing was sent and nothing was spent (apart from, sometimes, a tiny network fee). When something did happen, the message says so. Use your browser's find (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) or the docs search (press /) with a few words from the message you saw.

Trades: balance and gas#

You see	What it means	What to do
Connecting a wallet just keeps loading on a phone	Phone browsers (Safari, Chrome) often can't reach a wallet app or its browser extension, so the approval never shows.	Tap Open in Phantom or Open in Solflare under the wallet list: Manna opens inside the wallet's own app, where connecting works. Or sign in with X, Google or Telegram: no wallet needed. After 12 seconds Manna offers these options by itself.
Not enough to cover this trade and its network fee. Try a smaller amount, or deposit USDC or the chain's coin (either works).	Your balance can't pay the amount plus the network fee.	Use a smaller amount, or add money. USDC alone is fine: the network fee comes out of your USDC.
Your wallet has no SOL for the network fee on Solana, and it couldn't come out of your USDC this time (…) (or ETH, BNB… on another chain)	The wallet has (almost) none of the chain's coin, and the fee can't be paid from its USDC this time. The reason in brackets says why: less than $2 of USDC on Solana ($5 on an EVM chain), a daily limit reached, Ethereum mainnet, or earlier gas not paid back yet.	Deposit USDC or the chain's coin, either works, or try again tomorrow. See No gas coin? Pay the fee in USDC.
Network fee paid from your USDC (a note, not an error)	Your wallet held only USDC, so Manna fronted the fee and took it back from your USDC (a few cents). On Solana part of the USDC also became SOL for your next fees.	Nothing.
Confirm paying the network fee in USDC in your wallet	Your connected Solana wallet has USDC and no SOL. Manna prepared one swap that gives it SOL for fees; Manna's keeper fronts that swap's fee and the same swap pays it back from your USDC.	Approve it in your wallet; the trade continues after.
Not enough cash: you have $X. Deposit first.	Your total cash across all chains is below the amount.	Deposit, or lower the amount.
This launch needs about X SOL (network costs and the launch fee, plus your first buy). You have Y SOL.	Your wallet can't cover the launch's costs plus the first buy you picked. A Solana launch takes about 0.034 SOL before the first buy.	Lower the first buy to the amount shown, launch without one, or deposit a little more.
Your cash is spread thin: the biggest balance is $X. Try a smaller amount.	Your cash is split across several balances, and each buy is paid from one of them; none is big enough on its own.	Buy up to that amount, or bridge funds together first.
Your cash is still arriving on this chain, try again in a few seconds	Manna just moved money to this chain for you and it hasn't landed yet.	Wait a few seconds and tap again.
Your cash is on its way between chains, try again in a minute	A cross-chain move is still in progress.	Wait a minute.
No SOL price right now, try again in a minute (or ETH, BNB…)	Manna couldn't get a price to convert your dollar amount.	Try again shortly.
Enter at least $0.50	One-tap buys start at $0.50.	Enter a larger amount.
Amount too small	The amount rounds to nothing, or you're selling zero.	Enter a larger amount.
You don't hold any XYZ	There's nothing to sell in this wallet.	Check you're signed in to the right account; the position may be in a different wallet.
Your XYZ is still arriving, try again in a few seconds	Your last buy hasn't settled yet.	Wait a few seconds, then sell.

Trades: price and routing#

You see	What it means	What to do
The price moved too fast. Try again.	The price moved past your slippage limit before the trade landed, so it was cancelled.	Try again, use a smaller amount, or raise slippage a little. See Slippage and price impact.
This buy moves the price about X% against you: the pool is thin for this size.	Price impact is 10% or more.	Buy less, or tap Buy anyway if you accept it.
No route for this token on Solana right now	No venue can fill this trade at the moment.	Try a smaller amount or later. Check the token still has liquidity.
This token has no liquidity to trade yet	There is no pool or curve for this token anywhere Manna can reach.	It can't be traded yet.
That token doesn't exist on Solana	The address isn't a token on Solana.	Check the address and the chain.
Pick a token to trade	You tried to "buy" SOL or USDC itself.	Pick another token.
No route for this token on Robinhood right now	No pool on Robinhood Chain can fill it.	Try later or a smaller amount.
This coin's launchpad takes at most about X ETH per buy right now. Try a smaller amount.	The token is on another launchpad's curve that limits buy size.	Buy less.
No route for this trade / No route for this amount	The aggregator found no route on that chain.	Try a different amount, or later.
Solana is busy, try again in a few seconds.	Solana's network or a routing service is overloaded.	Wait a few seconds and retry.
The network was slow and the trade didn't land. Nothing was spent, try again.	The transaction expired before it was confirmed.	Retry.
The network dropped this transaction (its blockhash expired), so nothing was spent.	Same as above, on Solana.	Retry.
Transaction not confirmed in time. It may still land; check the explorer.	Manna stopped waiting after 90 seconds, but it might still confirm.	Check the explorer link before retrying.
The transaction reverted on-chain / Swap failed on-chain	The chain rejected it, often because the price moved or the token blocked the transfer.	Retry. If it keeps failing, the token may have rules or restrictions that block you.
The trade didn't go through. Nothing was spent, try again.	Something else failed before sending.	Retry. If it repeats, contact support with the token address.

You see	What it means	What to do
One-tap trading isn't switched on for this account yet	The action needs one-tap trading.	Tap Turn on one-tap trading in the buy sheet.
Sign in first	You're signed out.	Sign in again.
Turn on one-tap trading: orders trade for you	Orders, DCA and copy trading need one-tap.	Turn it on.
Orders trade for you with one-tap trading. Sign in with X, Google, Apple or email to use them.	You're signed in with an outside wallet, which can't use orders.	Sign in with an account instead. See Create your account.
You cancelled it in your wallet.	You rejected the request in your wallet app.	Try again if you didn't mean to.

Orders#

You see	What it means	What to do
Trigger already met: the market cap is $X now. Use a market buy/sell instead.	Your trigger would fire immediately.	Trade now, or pick a different trigger.
You can have 20 open orders at once. Cancel one first.	You're at the limit (web and bot combined).	Cancel an order on /orders.
You can run 10 DCA plans at once. Cancel one first.	DCA limit reached.	Cancel a plan.
Pick an amount between $1 and $100,000	Order sizes are $1 to $100,000.	Change the amount.
Pick a trailing drop between 1% and 90%	Trailing distance out of range.	Change it.
Pick between 2 and 1,000 buys, or no limit	DCA count out of range.	Change it.
No market cap for this token right now, try again in a minute	Orders trigger on market cap, and there's no live value.	Try again later.
Too many orders at once, give it a minute	You created orders very quickly (30 per minute max).	Wait a minute.
An order shows failed	It tried 3 times and couldn't fill (often no cash, no route or one-tap off).	Check cash and one-tap, then set it again.
A DCA plan shows paused	5 buys in a row failed.	Fix the cause (usually cash), then resume it.

Launching#

You see	What it means	What to do
Give your coin a name / Ticker: add one	Required fields are empty.	Fill them in.
Solana tickers can be at most 10 characters	Solana allows 10 bytes; Robinhood Chain and the other EVM chains 12. Emoji count as 4, accented letters as 2.	Shorten the ticker.
Image too big / Image must be under 1.5 MB	Coin pictures must be PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF under 1.5 MB.	Use a smaller image.
That file isn't a real PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF	The file's contents don't match its type.	Export it again as a normal image.
Fee must be 0-10%	Creator fees go from 0 to 10%.	Adjust the slider.
Fee split must add up to 100%	Custom split slices don't total 100%.	Adjust the slices.
Dev buy is over the team cap	On EVM chains your first buy counts toward the team cap.	Buy less, or raise the team cap.
A Solana launch needs about X SOL…	Your wallet can't cover network deposits, the launch fee and your dev buy.	Add SOL. A launch needs roughly 0.03 SOL plus any dev buy.
Manna isn't live on X yet. (bot: X launches aren't live yet)	Launches are live on all 9 chains, so this means the page couldn't load Manna's settings for that chain.	Reload the page and try again. If it keeps happening, contact support.
Your coin is live, but the dev lock didn't go through	The coin launched; the separate lock transaction failed.	Lock your tokens from the coin page or the locks tool.
A rule error such as Rising max wallet needs a start and a timer	A rule's settings are incomplete.	Fill in the rule or remove it. See Rules.

Trading rules (when a coin blocks you)#

Coins can have trading rules. When one blocks your trade, Manna tells you which, for example The market is closed. This coin trades Mon-Fri 9:30am-4pm New York. These are the coin creator's rules, enforced by the token itself; Manna can't override them. Wait until the rule allows it (for example market hours or vesting), or trade a smaller amount (max buy, max sell, max wallet).

Bridge and withdrawals#

You see	What it means	What to do
Leave a little SOL for the network fee (tap Max)	Bridging all your native coin would leave nothing for gas.	Tap Max; it keeps a reserve.
Moving USDC needs a little BNB on BNB Chain for the network fee, or a bit more USDC to pay the fee from it	No native coin on that chain and too little of the stablecoin to pay the fee from it. Most moves don't need gas at all (Solana USDC from $2, USDC leaving any other EVM chain).	Deposit a little more USDC or the chain's coin, either works.
No cross-chain route for this right now	Relay can't serve this route at the moment.	Try a different amount or later.
The route failed and your funds were refunded	Relay couldn't complete the route and refunded you.	Check your balance, then try again.
Sent. Delivery is finishing	The first leg confirmed; the destination leg is still on its way.	Wait. Funds whose first leg is confirmed are delivered or refunded, never lost.
No cash to withdraw	Your cash is below $0.50.	Nothing to withdraw.
Your biggest balance is $X, withdraw up to that at once	A typed amount comes from one balance.	Withdraw in steps, or tap Max (or send `all` in the bot) to send every balance.
That isn't a Solana address / That isn't a EVM address	The destination doesn't match the chain.	Check the address and the chain.

Telegram bot#

You see	What it means	What to do
That token expired, paste its address again.	The token card is old.	Paste the address again.
Slow down a little, then paste it again.	More than 30 pastes in a minute.	Wait a moment.
I couldn't find a market for that token on any chain I trade.	No pool found on the nine chains.	Check the address.
Your buy of $XYZ hasn't confirmed yet. It may still go through…	The trade is slow.	Check your balance in a minute before retrying.
That's a lot of launches. Try again in a little while.	5 launches (or 3 battles) per hour.	Wait.
Okay, cancelled.	Three invalid answers in a row.	Start the action again.
Buttons in a group say Open the bot to trade	Trading only works in your private chat with the bot.	Open the bot.
