The Manna feed

How the Manna feed works, its five tabs and feed settings, how to post, reply, repost, quote, like, tip, bookmark, share, report and block, and how holders-only coins work.

Updated November 3, 2026

The Manna feed at /feed is where traders say what they think and show what they do. It mixes posts (theses and calls on coins, with the writer's live position) with live trades on Manna coins, each one tap from the coin. You can follow traders, filter out noise, tip good calls straight to the writer's wallet and save posts for later. This page covers the feed itself; the pages at the bottom go deeper into calls, profiles, notifications and leaderboards.

The five tabs#

TabWhat it shows
For youEverything: posts from everyone and live trades on Manna coins, newest first. On phones, a Hot right now row of trending coins sits on top, each with a quick buy button.
FollowingPosts and trades from the people you follow, plus your own. You need to be signed in.
CallsOnly calls: top-level posts with a coin attached, with the move since the call. Replies, plain reposts and quotes are not calls. See Calls and theses.
ThesesAll top-level posts (with or without a coin), no trades.
Live tradesOnly trades: every buy and sell of a Manna coin, as it happens.

The feed refreshes itself every 15 seconds. When new items arrive while you're reading further down, a ↑ N new pill appears so the list doesn't jump; tap it to go back to the top. A thin ticker of the latest trades runs across the top of the feed. On wide screens, a side column shows Trending on Manna, Top callers and Top holders.

Live trades and whales#

Each trade row shows who traded, BUY or SELL, the dollar size, the coin with its market cap and 24h change, and a Buy button. Trades of $1,000 or more get a 🐋 whale marker and a highlighted row. Traders who hide their amounts show "into" or "out of" instead of a size, and never get a whale marker.

Feed settings#

Tap the sliders icon at the top of the feed to filter it. Your settings are saved on this device and apply to every tab. A bar under the tabs lists active filters, with Clear to reset them.

SettingChoicesWhat it does
Minimum market capAny, $10K, $50K, $100K, $500K, $1MHides posts and trades about coins smaller than this. Posts without a coin are kept.
Calls onlyOn / offOnly posts that call a coin, with the move since.
Holders onlyOn / offOnly posts whose writer holds the coin they post about.
Verified onlyOn / offOnly profiles with a linked X account (private profiles are left out).
Hide repostsOn / offOriginal posts and quotes only, no plain reposts.
Hide rekt callsOn / offHides calls that are down 50% or more since they were posted.

A plain repost is judged by the post it shares: a repost of a rekt call is hidden too.

How the feed is ordered#

Every tab is in time order, newest first, with posts and trades merged. Nothing is boosted by an algorithm you can't see.

The posts API also offers a hot order for the last 3 days, which ranks posts by engagement with time decay:

text
hot score = (likes + 2 × reposts + 2 × replies + min(tips in $, 50) + 1)
            ÷ (hours since posting + 2) ^ 1.5

Replies and reposts count double a like. Tips count dollar for dollar, capped at $50 so one big tip can't buy the top spot. The + 2 and the power of 1.5 make a post's score fall steadily as it ages. See the API.

Posting#

  1. 1Tap Drop a thesis at the top of the feed (or the composer on a coin or token page, or in a position sheet).
  2. 2Write up to 500 characters. More than two blank lines in a row are trimmed to one.
  3. 3Tap Post (or Ctrl/Cmd + Enter).
RuleLimit
Length500 characters
Speed5 posts per minute. Past that: "Slow down a little".
Sign-inRequired to post, reply, like, repost, bookmark, report or block.

Typing a $TICKER in a post highlights it, but it doesn't attach a coin. The main feed composer never attaches a coin. To make a call, post from the coin's page, a token page or your position sheet: those composers attach the coin and record the call. See Calls and theses.

To delete your own post, tap the trash icon on it. The post disappears. If it was a reply or a quote, the original post's reply or repost count goes down by one.

Post actions#

Every post has a row of actions.

ActionWhat it does
ReplyOpens a reply under the post. A reply about a coin post stays about that coin. Replies are never calls.
RepostRepost shares the post to your followers as is (tap again for Undo repost). Quote with your take shares it with your own text on top.
LikeLikes or un-likes the post.
TipSends SOL or ETH straight to the writer (see below). Not shown on your own posts.
BookmarkSaves the post privately to /bookmarks. See Bookmarks.
ShareOpens your phone's share sheet with the post's link, or copies the link.
More (···)Report post or Block the writer. Not shown on your own posts.

Tips#

Tips go wallet to wallet, on the writer's chain: SOL for posts made from Solana, ETH for posts made from Robinhood Chain. Manna takes nothing.

  1. 1Tap Tip on a post.
  2. 2Pick a preset or type an amount.
  3. 3Tap Tip and confirm in your wallet.
ChainPresets
Solana0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5 SOL
Robinhood Chain0.001, 0.005, 0.01, 0.05 ETH

Manna records a tip only after checking on-chain that it landed, paid the post's writer and is less than an hour old. The post's tip total (in dollars) goes up, and the writer gets a notification like "@alice tipped you 0.05 SOL ($8.80)".

Report and block#

Report post asks why: Spam, Scam or phishing, Harassment or bullying, Hate speech, Sexual content, Violence or threats, Impersonation or Something else. The post disappears from your feed at once. When 3 different people report the same post, it is hidden for everyone until it's reviewed. The app tells you reports are reviewed within 24 hours. One person reporting a post many times still counts once.

Block someone and:

  • you stop seeing their posts everywhere on Manna;
  • you stop following each other (both follows are removed);
  • their likes, replies, follows and tips no longer notify you.

Blocking is private: the other person isn't told.

Holders-only coins#

A creator can switch on holders-only chat when launching a coin. For those coins, only wallets holding the coin (and the creator) can post about it, including replies on posts about it. Everyone else sees "Only holders can post about this coin". All of your account's wallets count, so a coin held in your EVM wallet counts even if you signed in with Solana. Anyone can still read the thread. See Launch settings.
