API Terms of Use

The terms for using the Manna developer API and the Manna AI API, including API keys, rate limits, permitted and prohibited uses, trading on behalf of others, and termination.

Effective November 3, 2026

These API Terms of Use (the "API Terms") apply when you use any Manna application programming interface, together with the Terms of Service, which they add to. If these API Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on an API matter, these API Terms control. "Manna", "we" and "us" mean the operator of Manna; "you" means you and, if you use the APIs for an organization, that organization.

1. Which APIs these terms cover#

  • The Manna developer API. Programmatic access to Manna data and features, such as coins, prices, trades, profiles and, where enabled, account actions. Its base URL is https://mannas.fun/v1, its reference is at /developers and its OpenAPI specification is at /openapi.json. Its endpoints, scopes, rate limits and daily credit quotas are published in that reference. See the API guide.
  • The Manna AI API. OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible endpoints under /v1 (such as /v1/chat/completions, /v1/messages, /v1/models and /v1/balance), authenticated with keys that start with sk-manna-, and paid for with AI credits. See Manna AI.
  • Any other API, SDK, sample code, webhook or documentation we make available for developers (together with the above, the "APIs").

2. Definitions#

  • API key means a credential we issue to you for the APIs, including sk-manna- keys.
  • Application means any software, bot, website, service or integration you build or run that uses the APIs.
  • End user means anyone who uses your Application.
  • Manna data means any data you receive through the APIs.
  • Build mode means using the APIs to read public data or build an Application, without acting on any Manna account.
  • Account mode means using an API key linked to a Manna account to act for that account (for example, placing trades or orders, or spending its AI credits).

3. License#

Subject to these API Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the APIs and their documentation to develop, test and operate Applications. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You must not sell, rent or sublicense access to the APIs themselves, or offer a service whose main purpose is to resell the APIs or Manna data.

4. API keys and security#

  • API keys are issued to a Manna account. You are responsible for all activity under your keys, including trades, orders and AI usage, whether or not you authorized it.
  • Keys are shown once, when you create them. We store only a fingerprint (hash) of each key and cannot show it again. If you lose a key, revoke it and create a new one.
  • Keep keys secret. Do not put them in client-side code, public repositories, screenshots, AI prompts or shared documents. Use a separate key for each Application.
  • Where offered, set limits on keys (for example, a spend cap on sk-manna- keys) and the narrowest scopes your Application needs.
  • If you think a key has leaked, revoke it immediately in the app and email hi@mannas.fun. We may revoke keys we believe are compromised or misused.
  • Deleting your Manna account revokes your keys.

5. Scopes, modes and trading#

  • Each key can only do what its scopes allow. Build mode keys cannot act on an account.
  • In account mode, actions you send through the APIs are treated exactly like actions you take in the app. Trades are final, and the Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure and Fee Schedule apply to them in full. Normal trading and other fees apply to trades placed through the APIs.
  • No trading for others without consent. You must not use the APIs to trade, place orders, launch coins, move funds or spend credits for any person other than yourself, unless that person has given you clear, informed and revocable consent, you comply with all laws that apply (including any licensing or registration requirements for managing or executing trades for others), and you do not take custody of their keys. You are solely responsible for your Application's actions and for your relationship with your End users.
  • You must not ask End users for their Manna private keys, sign-in codes or API keys, or store them in your Application.

6. Rate limits and fair use#

We set rate limits and quotas on the APIs, which may differ by endpoint, key, scope, account or tier and may change. The developer API's current limits, its daily credit quotas (which apply per account, across all of its keys) and the fee-earned bonus are published in the API guide. You must stay within them and must not try to get around them, for example by creating multiple accounts or keys, or rotating IP addresses. Trading or launching mainly to raise a quota (for example, wash trading) is not permitted, and we may remove a bonus earned that way. Requests over the limit may be rejected. We may throttle or suspend usage that we believe degrades the Service for others, even within published limits. Use caching and back off when you receive rate-limit errors.

7. Prohibited uses#

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you must not use the APIs to:

  • manipulate markets, including wash trading, spoofing, coordinated pump-and-dumps, or farming Rewards or points;
  • scrape or bulk-download data beyond what the APIs provide, or rebuild Manna's database or interface as a competing product;
  • reverse engineer, probe or attack the APIs, or test vulnerabilities outside our Security and Bug Bounty rules;
  • impersonate Manna, or suggest that your Application is made, endorsed or verified by Manna;
  • collect personal data of Manna users beyond what your Application needs, or use it to track, profile or contact users without their consent;
  • send prompts to Manna AI that break the usage policies of the underlying AI providers, or use AI output to harass, deceive or harm people; or
  • break any law, including sanctions, export control, securities, consumer protection and data protection laws.

8. Manna data and attribution#

  • Manna data that is public in the app (such as coin data, public profiles and public trades) may be displayed in your Application, subject to these API Terms. You must respect users' privacy settings: do not display or infer data a user has hidden (for example, a private profile or hidden dollar amounts), and do not combine Manna data with other data to reveal a private profile's identity.
  • Keep Manna data reasonably current, and delete it when we ask or when you no longer need it.
  • When you display Manna data, credit Manna as the source (for example, "Data from Manna" with a link to mannas.fun), unless we agree otherwise. You may refer to Manna by name to describe your Application's compatibility, but you may not use Manna's logos or marks in a way that suggests endorsement without our written permission.
  • If your Application handles End users' personal data, you must have a privacy policy that explains how, and follow applicable data protection law. You are the controller of data you collect through your Application.

9. AI credits and fees#

There is no separate charge for API access today unless we state otherwise. Manna AI API usage is charged in AI credits at the cost reported by the model provider. Requests fail when credits run out or a key's spend cap is reached. AI credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred. If we introduce API charges, we will tell you before they apply.

10. Changes, versions and deprecation#

The APIs may change. We may add, change or remove endpoints, fields, scopes and limits. We will try to give reasonable notice of breaking changes to stable endpoints through the API reference, the changelog or the app, except where a change is needed urgently for security, legal or stability reasons. Features marked beta or experimental can change or end at any time.

11. Suspension and termination#

You may stop using the APIs at any time and revoke your keys. We may suspend or end your access to the APIs, revoke keys, or limit usage, at any time and with or without notice, if you break these API Terms or the Terms of Service, if your usage creates risk for Manna or its users, or if we discontinue an API. When access ends, you must stop using the APIs and delete Manna data you are not permitted to keep. Sections 4 (responsibility for activity), 5, 7, 8, 12 and 13 survive.

12. Disclaimers#

THE APIS, MANNA DATA AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AS DESCRIBED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE. We do not guarantee that the APIs will be available, uninterrupted, fast, or error-free, that data will be accurate or current, or that orders or trades sent through the APIs will execute. AI output may be wrong. See the Disclaimer.

13. Liability and indemnity#

The limitation of liability and indemnity in the Terms of Service apply to the APIs. In addition, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Manna from any claims arising from your Application, its End users, your use of the APIs or Manna data, or your breach of these API Terms.

14. Contact#
