Deposit, withdraw and send

Move money into Manna, withdraw your cash to any address on any of 9 chains, send money to another Manna user by name, and claim your trading rewards. Steps, fees, minimums and what can go wrong.

Updated November 3, 2026

This page covers every way money moves in and out of your Manna account: depositing, withdrawing your cash to any wallet or exchange on any of the 9 chains, sending money to another Manna user by their name, and claiming the trading rewards you've earned. Manna charges no fee of its own on any of these; you only pay network costs.

Deposit#

The deposit sheet opens from the + next to Total cash on your profile, or from the Deposit button in a buy sheet when you're short. It offers three ways in:

OptionWhat it does
CryptoShows your address and QR code. Two tabs: Solana (send USDC or SOL on Solana) and Robinhood / EVM (send USDC, or USDG on Robinhood, or the chain's coin). Either works: with only USDC, the network fee comes out of your USDC
Debit cardBuys USDC with a card through Privy, delivered to your Solana wallet
Exchanges and appsMoves funds from Coinbase, Binance and other apps as USDC to your Solana wallet

The addresses are always your signed-in account's own wallets, never just whatever wallet your browser has connected. The full step-by-step guide, the list of what counts as cash, and how much gas to keep are in Add money.

Withdraw#

Withdraw sends your cash to any address on any of the 9 chains. Manna takes it from wherever your money sits and delivers it as the destination chain's native coin: SOL on Solana, ETH on Robinhood Chain, Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum and Optimism, BNB on BNB Chain, POL on Polygon, AVAX on Avalanche. If your cash is on a different chain, Manna moves it there through Relay in the same step.

Withdraw step by step#

  1. 1On your profile, tap the arrow-up button next to Total cash. The Withdraw sheet shows Cash available.
  2. 2Under Send to, pick the destination chain: Solana, Base, Robinhood, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism or Avalanche.
  3. 3Paste the destination address. A Solana address for Solana, a 0x… address for every other chain. Manna checks the format and warns "That isn't a Solana address" or "That isn't a EVM address" if it doesn't match.
  4. 4Type a dollar amount, or tap Max. The sheet reminds you: "Arrives as ETH. If your cash is on another chain, Manna moves it there for you (a small network fee applies). Holding only USDC is fine: Manna handles the network fee and takes it from your USDC."
  5. 5Tap Withdraw. A banner shows "Sending $X · As ETH on Base", then Sent with a View link to the transaction.

How Manna pays a withdrawal#

  • Already there: if you have enough of the destination chain's native coin, Manna sends it straight from that wallet, keeping a small amount back for the network fee (0.001 SOL on Solana, which also keeps the wallet open, 0.0004 ETH on Ethereum, or 0.00002 of the native coin elsewhere).
  • From another chain: otherwise Manna picks one balance that can cover the amount (the same way a buy does: see universal cash) and routes it through Relay straight to the address you entered.
  • Max: withdraws every balance on every chain. The sheet lists what will go ("Sends 3 balances, one after another") and anything that stays, with the reason. Each balance is sent on its own: stablecoins first, then native coins on other chains, and the destination chain's own coin last. Native coins leave a little behind for gas on their chain (for example 0.003 SOL, 0.00005 ETH on Base or Arbitrum, 0.05 POL). A stablecoin with none of its chain's coin next to it still moves when its network fee can be paid from it (see No gas coin? Pay the fee in USDC): USDC on Solana from $2, USDC leaving an EVM chain always (a permit, no gas), and USDC staying on its own EVM chain from $5. The fee is paid from that stablecoin, so slightly less of it arrives. Balances worth less than $1 after that stay where they are. The banner counts through them ("Withdrawing all: 2 of 3") and ends with Sent everything, or Sent 2 of 3 plus the reason a balance didn't move.

Fees and limits#

ItemValue
Manna fee on withdrawalsNone
Network and route costsThe network fee, plus Relay's own route costs when cash crosses chains (taken out of what's moved)
MinimumYou need at least $0.50 of cash ("No cash to withdraw")
Largest single withdrawal from another chain, for a typed amountYour biggest single balance ("Your biggest balance is $X, withdraw up to that at once"). Max has no such limit: it sends every balance
RequirementOne-tap trading must be on

The bridge is a different tool for moving funds between chains yourself, and charges 0.7%. The Relay step inside a withdrawal adds no Manna fee.

Common withdrawal messages#

MessageWhat to do
"No cash to withdraw"Your cash is under $0.50
"Not enough to cover the network fee"The amount left after the fee would be zero; withdraw more or top up
"Your biggest balance is $X, withdraw up to that at once"Lower the amount, then withdraw the rest separately
"Your cash is on its way between chains, try again in a minute"Relay is still delivering; check the destination before trying again
"Your wallet has no SOL for the network fee on Solana, and it couldn't come out of your USDC this time (…)"You hold too little USDC to pay the fee from it, or the daily limit was reached (the reason is in brackets). Deposit USDC or SOL, either works, or try again tomorrow
"One-tap trading isn't switched on for this account yet"Turn on one-tap from any buy sheet

Send to a Manna user#

You can pay anyone on Manna by name, without ever seeing or copying their address.

  1. 1Open their profile and tap Send. The button only shows when they can receive.
  2. 2Choose SOL · Solana or ETH · Robinhood.
  3. 3Type a dollar amount on the keypad. Manna shows how much SOL or ETH that is at the current price.
  4. 4Drag Slide to send. Your wallet signs the transfer.

A banner shows "Sending to X", then "Sent $25 to X" with the amount in SOL or ETH.

Good to know:

  • Their address is used but never shown on the page.
  • The transfer comes from your wallet on that chain (your Solana wallet for SOL, your EVM wallet for ETH on Robinhood Chain). Send doesn't pull from your cash on other chains, so you need enough SOL or ETH there.
  • It's a plain transfer: no Manna fee, only the network fee.
  • Like any transfer, it can't be reversed. Check you're on the right profile.

Claim trading rewards#

Cashback and referral rewards from trading build up in your account until you claim them. Rewards from trading on Solana build up in SOL or USDC, depending on which side the fee was taken in.

  1. 1Open Rewards.
  2. 2Tap claim on the reward you want.
  3. 3Manna sends it to your signed-in Solana wallet. You don't need a gas coin for the claim.

Each Solana trading reward has a minimum before it can be claimed: 0.001 SOL for SOL rewards and 0.01 USDC for USDC rewards. Below that you'll see "Nothing to claim yet (minimum 0.001 SOL)". Claims need you to be signed in with your Solana wallet ("Sign in with your Solana wallet first"). If a claim fails, the amount is put back so you can try again.

How much you earn, the reward tiers and the other reward types are covered in Cashback and referrals and Rewards.
