This Disclaimer is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to all information and content on mannas.fun, the Manna apps, the Telegram bot, Manna AI, the Manna APIs, the Manna docs and Manna's social accounts (together, the "Service").

1. No advice#

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any coin, token or other asset, or to follow any strategy or trader. Manna ("Manna", "we", "us") is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or fiduciary. You make your own decisions and are solely responsible for them. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional who knows your situation.

2. Information may be inaccurate or delayed#

The Service shows information that comes from blockchains, our own systems and third-party providers, including:

• prices, charts, market caps, liquidity, volume and holder counts;
• PnL, portfolio values, positions and cost basis;
• leaderboards, calls, clan rankings, battle scores and Season points;
• price impact, slippage and output estimates and quotes;
• coin details supplied by creators (names, descriptions, links and images); and
• labels such as trending, verified, DEX PAID or graduation progress.

This information may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, manipulated or unavailable. A displayed price is not a guaranteed execution price. PnL and portfolio figures are estimates and are not tax or accounting records. Do not rely on any single figure, and check important information independently, for example on a block explorer.

3. No endorsement of coins or creators#

Anyone can launch a coin on Manna. A coin appearing on Manna, being trending, ranked, featured, labeled, having a DEX PAID badge, or being promoted in a post or call, does not mean Manna has reviewed, verified, approved or endorsed it, its creator, or any claim about it. Manna does not vet creators. Coins hidden by Manna may still trade elsewhere.

4. User content, calls and leaderboards#

Posts, theses, calls, replies and profiles are the opinions of the users who posted them, not Manna's. Users may hold, buy or sell the coins they discuss, may be paid to promote them, and may be wrong. Leaderboards and rankings reflect past results calculated automatically, and do not predict future results or show who is trustworthy. Copying another trader does not reproduce their results.

5. No guarantees of returns or payouts#

Manna does not guarantee any return, profit, price, liquidity or outcome. Cashback, referral rewards, holder payouts, prizes, Season points and AI credits are promotional and may change, be delayed, or end. Manna does not guarantee that automated payouts, orders or copy trades will execute. A $MANNA token does not exist, and Manna makes no promise that it will launch.

6. Manna AI#

Manna AI generates answers using third-party AI models (through OpenRouter, from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI). AI output can be wrong, invented, outdated, biased or incomplete, even when it sounds confident. It is not advice and does not reflect Manna's views. Verify anything important yourself, and never act on AI output alone for trading or financial decisions.

7. Docs, guides and examples#

The Manna docs, guides, examples and FAQs explain how the Service works. Examples use illustrative numbers. Features, limits and fees can change, and the app and the Fee Schedule control if the docs differ. Docs are not advice.

8. Third-party links and services#

The Service links to and relies on third-party websites and services (such as block explorers, DexScreener, X, Telegram, swap venues, bridges and wallet providers). Manna does not control them, and links are not endorsements. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and Manna is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or security.

9. Availability and jurisdiction#

The Service may not be available, or legal to use, everywhere. Information in the Service is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where its publication or use would be unlawful. Manna makes no claim that the Service or any coin is appropriate or lawful for use in your location.

10. Forward-looking statements#

Any statements about future features, chains, programs, tokens or plans (including "coming soon" features and $MANNA) are intentions only. They can change or be cancelled without notice and are not promises.
