One-tap trading and universal cash

How one-tap trading lets Manna trade with your own wallets without pop-ups, what the trade key can and can't do, how universal cash pays for a buy on any chain from money held on another, and how you pay the network fee from your USDC when you hold no gas coin.

Updated November 3, 2026

One-tap trading and universal cash are what make Manna feel like a payments app instead of a wallet. One-tap means a trade is a single slide or tap: Manna's server signs it with your own wallet, so no wallet window pops up. Universal cash means your money on all 9 chains is one balance: buy a Solana token with USDC on Base, or a Base token with SOL, and Manna moves the money for you. This page explains how both work, how to turn one-tap on, what it can and can't do, and the limits.

How one-tap works#

When you sign in with X, Google, Apple, email or another social login, Manna's wallet provider (Privy) creates two wallets that belong to you: a Solana wallet and an EVM wallet. The wallets live with Privy and are tied to your login.

Turning on one-tap adds Manna's trade key as an extra signer on those two wallets. You stay the owner. From then on, when you slide to buy, Manna's server builds the trade, signs it with the trade key for your wallet, and sends it. It is the same key the Telegram bot uses, which is why the bot and the website trade the same wallets and share the same settings.

What one-tap can do#

  • Buy and sell tokens for you when you slide or tap on mannas.fun.
  • Run your orders (take profit, stop loss, limit buys, trailing stops, DCA) and copy trades while Manna is closed. These features need one-tap; they can't work without it.
  • Move your cash between chains through Relay to pay for a buy.
  • Withdraw cash to an address you type in the Withdraw sheet.

What one-tap can't do#

  • It can't take your wallets away from you. The trade key can only sign; ownership stays with your login.
  • It doesn't stop you from using your keys yourself. You can export a wallet's private key from the wallet menu (Export key) and import it anywhere.
  • It doesn't act on its own. Every trade comes from something you did: a slide, a tap, an order you armed, or a trader you chose to copy.

Turn on one-tap#

  1. 1Sign in with X, Google, Apple or email.
  2. 2Manna tries to switch one-tap on quietly right after you sign in. If Privy needs your confirmation, you'll see a strip at the top of any buy or sell sheet: ⚡ Turn on one-tap trading with "Buy with your cash from any chain, no wallet pop-ups. One time."
  3. 3Tap Turn on and approve in the Privy window.
  4. 4That's it. The strip disappears and buys now run with one slide.

Turn off one-tap#

  1. 1Open your account menu (your avatar, top right). Under Wallets, the One-tap trading row shows whether it's on.
  2. 2Tap Turn off, read the note, and tap Turn off one-tap trading.
  3. 3Manna's trade key is removed from both of your wallets, using your own Privy session. Your money doesn't move.

While one-tap is off, every trade asks your wallet to confirm, and orders, DCA plans and copy trades you set up on mannas.fun stop running. Manna won't switch it back on by itself, not even when you sign in again. To turn it back on, tap Turn on in the same row (or the ⚡ Turn on one-tap trading strip in a buy sheet).

It's a one-time step per account, and it covers both wallets (Solana and EVM) at once.

If you use an outside wallet#

If you signed in with an outside wallet (Phantom, MetaMask, Jupiter and others), that wallet has to confirm every trade itself, and Manna can't sign for it. The buy sheet shows ⚡ Tired of confirming every trade? with "Your wallet asks every time. Sign in with X, Google, Apple or email for one-tap trading, then move funds in once." Tap Get one-tap to sign in that way, then send funds from your outside wallet to your new Manna wallets (Add money).

Orders and copy trading need an account made with X, Google, Apple, email or another social login. A profile signed in only with an outside wallet sees "Orders trade for you with one-tap trading. Sign in with X, Google, Apple or email to use them."

Universal cash#

Your cash is everything spendable in your two Manna wallets across all 9 chains: each chain's native coin plus its dollar stablecoin (USDC, or USDG on Robinhood Chain). The full list is in Add money. Manna shows it as one dollar number, refreshed about every 15 seconds.

How a buy picks where to pay from#

When you buy a token on a chain, Manna first checks the native coin you already have on that chain.

  1. 1Enough there already? If your native balance on the token's chain covers the buy plus a small fee reserve, Manna buys straight away. This is the fastest path.
  2. 2Not enough? Manna works out the shortfall (plus a little room for route costs) and picks one source to pay it from:
    • It first looks for a stablecoin on the same chain (for example USDC on Solana for a Solana buy).
    • Otherwise it takes your biggest balance on any chain.
    • A source only counts if it covers the whole shortfall on its own, after its gas reserve.
  3. 3Move it. Manna sends that amount through Relay (relay.link), which delivers it as the target chain's native coin to your own wallet in one signed transaction. Manna adds no fee to this move.
  4. 4Wait for delivery. Manna waits for Relay to confirm delivery (up to two minutes), checks your balance again, then buys.

The trade engine always reads balances fresh from the chain, never from a cached number, so it never acts on money that isn't there.

Gas kept aside#

Manna never spends your last native coin, because every transaction needs gas.

SituationKept aside
Buying on Solanaabout 0.003 SOL left in the wallet
Buying on Ethereumabout 0.0006 ETH
Buying on any other chainabout 0.00005 of the native coin
Paying from your SOL for a buy on another chain$0.50 of SOL stays
Paying from your ETH on Ethereum$3 of ETH stays
Paying from another chain's native coin$0.30 of it stays
Using a stablecoin as the source, with that chain's coin presentat least $0.05 of it ($3 on Ethereum) pays the fee
Using a stablecoin as the source, with none of that chain's cointhe fee comes out of the stablecoin (next section): about $3 of USDC on Solana is set aside for it (less on a small balance), about $0.27 on an EVM chain when the money stays there, nothing when it leaves the chain

Selling on an EVM chain also needs gas there. If you have less than $0.15 of native coin on that chain ($3 on Ethereum), Manna tops it up first: from a few cents of the USDC on that chain when you hold some (see below), otherwise from your cash (about $0.60, or $5 on Ethereum).

No gas coin? Pay the fee in USDC#

You never need to deposit SOL or ETH just to pay gas. If your cash is a stablecoin and the chain it sits on has none (or almost none) of its own coin, Manna handles the network fee and takes it from your stablecoin (a few cents). Manna never pays your fee for free: it only makes the trade possible without a gas coin, and you pay the fee from your USDC. A toast says so: "Network fee paid from your USDC", with what it took ($0.02 on Solana).

On Solana (your Manna wallets, and a connected wallet like Phantom):

  1. 1When your wallet holds less than 0.003 SOL and at least $2 of USDC, Manna prepares one swap: a little of your USDC becomes SOL in your own wallet, enough for about five more trades (up to 0.012 SOL, never more than 30% of your USDC).
  2. 2Manna's keeper fronts that swap's network fee, and the same transaction pays it back from your USDC: $0.02 (more only if SOL is very expensive: at least twice the fee). The keeper never ends up out of pocket.
  3. 3When Manna is buying for you, the swap also brings the SOL the buy needs, so it is still one step. Launches work the same way: before a Solana launch (the launch form, Quick launch and Team Battles), the swap also brings the SOL the launch needs (about 0.028 SOL of network deposits for the coin's accounts, the launch fee and a first buy paid in SOL), so a wallet holding only USDC can launch from the website too.
  4. 4From then on your trades pay their own fees from that SOL, as usual.

With a connected wallet, your wallet asks you to approve the swap once ("Confirm paying the network fee in USDC in your wallet"), then the trade continues.

On EVM chains (your Manna wallets):

  • Money leaving the chain (paying for a Solana buy with USDC on Base, withdrawing to another chain, bridging): no gas is needed at all. Manna signs a USDC permit for your wallet and the route (Relay) submits it, so you need no gas coin there; the route's cost is part of its quote. This works for USDC on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and Avalanche and USDG on Robinhood Chain, not for USDC on BNB Chain.
  • Money staying on the chain (buying a Base token with USDC on Base, selling there): Manna's keeper fronts your wallet a few cents of the chain's coin (between $0.08 and $0.25), and your wallet's very next transaction pays it back in the stablecoin plus $0.02. If that repayment doesn't go through, the wallet gets no more gas from Manna until it is paid. This needs at least $5 of the stablecoin on that chain. It doesn't run on Ethereum mainnet, where gas costs too much: there, hold some ETH.

Limits keep this safe for everyone: Manna fronts a wallet's fee at most 3 times a day on Solana and twice a day per EVM wallet, with a daily cap for all users together, and a wallet that hasn't paid back EVM gas gets no more. When it isn't possible you'll see "Your wallet has no SOL for the network fee on Solana and Manna couldn't cover it (reason). Deposit USDC or SOL, either works."

Worked example#

You hold $80 of USDC on Base, $2 of ETH on Base and $4 of SOL on Solana. You buy $30 of a Solana token.

  1. 1Your $4 of SOL can't cover $30 plus the fee reserve, so Manna needs roughly $27 more on Solana (the $26 gap plus a little SOL kept for gas).
  2. 2There is no USDC on Solana, so Manna takes your biggest balance: the $80 of USDC on Base. It can move because you have ETH on Base for the fee.
  3. 3Relay converts about $28 of USDC on Base into SOL in your Solana wallet (Manna adds about 4% plus $0.10 of headroom for route costs). Manna's fee on this move: none.
  4. 4Once the SOL arrives, Manna buys $30 of the token. The trade's normal 1% fee is $0.30, and $0.075 of it comes back as cashback on the base tier.

If you had held no ETH on Base, the buy would still go through: the USDC leaves Base with a signed permit, so you'd need no ETH there.

Another one: you hold only $50 of USDC on Solana and no SOL, and buy $10 of a Solana token. Manna's keeper fronts the fee of one swap that turns about $12 of your USDC into SOL (the $10 buy, plus up to 0.012 SOL kept for later fees and the usual small reserve), and the same swap takes $0.02 of your USDC to pay that fee back; then the buy runs. A toast shows "Network fee paid from your USDC" with the $0.02 it took.

Limits and common messages#

  • Per buy: from $0.50 to $100,000. Below that you'll see "Enter at least $0.50".
  • Buying power: a buy sheet lets you spend up to 97% of your cash in one go; the rest is room for fees and price moves. Max fills exactly that 97%.
  • One source per move: a single buy is funded from one balance. Cash split across many chains adds up in your total but can't all go into one buy at once.
